In this case, the petitioner is challenging the letters dated 10.08.2015 and 21.08.2015 passed by the Senior Divisional Retail Sales Manager, Muzaffarpur Division Office whereby and whereunder the candidature of the petitioner has not been accepted
Patna High Court CWJC No.18509 of 2015 dt.07-04-2017 rather rejected.
An advertisement was published for appointment/allotment of Kisan Seva Kendra dealership at several places including Sr. No. 568 i.e. within 1 Km from Lauriya Narkatiyaganj More towards Narkatiyaganj on Lauriya Narkatiyaganj Road, Paschim Champaran. The petitioner applied against the advertisement for the aforesaid place, as per eligibility clause, his account must reflect a fund of Rs. 12 lacs as on 19.8.2014. The petitioner has also attached the document, after verification, it was found that the minimum required fund of Rs. 12 lacs was not standing in his account as per the document attached and that led to rejection of his application by the Sr. Divisional Retail Sales Manager, Muzaffarpur Divisional Office but, granted liberty to the petitioner to file representation within a period of ten days.
In pursuance thereof, the petitioner has filed an application, he was given hearing and, after due consideration, it has been stated in the order that the petitioner was required to show his fund in the account on 19.08.2014 but, he has shown the fund of the period 1.8.2015 to 13.8.2015 which is not compatible with the condition of eligibility issued by the Indian Oil Corporation.
This Court does not find any merit in this writ application. However, the petitioner, if so advised, may take any legal

With the aforementioned observation, this application is dismissed.
