Learned counsel for the petitioner has a limited grievance that Rs. 58,93,444/- is outstanding against the petitioner and submits that the aforesaid amount should be deducted from his salary. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been paid his salary for last 15 years and 1 month. In that view of the matter, let the respondent authority make an adjustment of the aforesaid amount and if any amount left, that should be paid to him.
