JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 15-05-2017 The petitioner seeks quashing of order dated 3.4.2017 by which respondent no.4 has been given charge of officiating superintendent, LHV school, Patna city. He further seeks direction to the respondents not to disturb his working as officiating superintendent till her superannuation which is only 8 months away or till permanent superintendent is appointed. It appears that the petitioner has already filed representation on 11.4.2017 before respondent no.2.

In case, the petitioner files fresh representation before respondent no.2, the same would be disposed of within a period of three weeks thereof after providing hearing to the both parties.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7211 of 2017 (2) dt.15-05-2017 2/2 Petitioner is at liberty to make prayer before respondent no.2 for interim stay of the order. This Court wants to make it clear that it has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
