Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Chakia P.S.Case No.116 of 2016 under Sections 420/406 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated by making manipulation in the cheque. It is further submitted that actually the petitioner, informant and others are involved in money laundering job. So far issuing cheque is concerned, it has been issued by the father in the name of son, as such no case is made out.

Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant, they have opposed the prayer for bail. Having both sides. In view of the fact as stated above, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, let the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55097 of 2016 (2) dt.16-01-2017 petitioner surrender before the court below and make prayer for regular bail and the court below will consider it on its own merit without being prejudiced of the order of this Court. With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
