Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dhangai P.S. Case No. 14 of 2017, Excise Case No. 138 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 30(A) and 56(D) of the Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 25.03.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
