2. The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 22.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44760 of 2019.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in the petition due to inadvertence Sessions Trial No. 611 of 2017 had been missed to be typed, resultently the same could not be mentioned in the order dated 22.07.2019.

4. In view of the above, let Sessions Trial No. 611 of 2017 be incorporated in the order dated 22.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44760 of 2019.

5. Order dated 22.07.2019 is modified only to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59146 of 2019(2) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 above extent.

6. The time for surrender and furnishing bail bond granted in terms of the order dated 22.07.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 44760 of 2019 is extended by four weeks from today.
