2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 82 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

3. As per the prosecution case, the husband of the petitioner was killed in the father's house of the petitioner where the deceased and the petitioner were staying together for the last four years. The normal conduct of the petitioner or her father should have been to register an F.I.R. about the death of the deceased but it appears that they did not take any action and thereafter, the father of the deceased has filed an F.I.R. against the petitioner and others. It has come during investigation that the petitioner was having illicit relation with someone and therefore, the deceased was killed.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

6. The trial is directed to be expedited.
