The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 148 of 2019 registered under Sections 498(A) and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that earlier prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 33141 of 2019 on 26.10.2021. He further submits that the fresh ground for grant of anticipatory bail is that both the parties have entered into compromised the present case, as contained in Annexure-3 to the bail application.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-XVII, Patna in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 148 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
