JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL JUDGEMENT Date: 11-08-2016 By way of the present application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the petitioner seeks quashing of the first information report (for short 'FIR') of Dehri (T) P. S. Case No. 372 of 2013 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 135 of the Electricity Act, 2003.

I have perused the allegations made in the FIR as contained in Annexure- 1 to the present application. The allegations made therein do attract the ingredients of the alleged

In that view of the matter, I find no merit in this application. Accordingly, it is dismissed.
