JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 16-09-2019 This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Bikram P.S. Case No. 110/2019, disclosing offences under Sections 379, 420, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 26(A), 27, 21(A), 22, 4, 40 of B.M.M.C. Rules, 1972.

Allegation against the petitioner is of running the brick kiln without depositing the required license fee. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is ready to deposit the due license fee and is also ready to abide by any condition imposed on him for grant of anticipatory bail.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the facts and circumstances this application is disposed of with direction to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58188 of 2019(2) dt.16-09-2019 2/2 the petitioner to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order along with receipt showing the deposit of required license fee and the court below after verifying the same shall release the petitioner on bail to his own satisfaction.
