The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Pear P.S. Case No. 116 of 2020 registered under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already been allowed bail by co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 39308 of 2020 and 38896 of 2020 on 16.04.2021 and 09.07.2021 respectively. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

No.1776 of 2022(2) dt.06-05-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Special Judge, Excise Act, Muzaffarpur in connection with Pear P.S. Case No. 116 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
