2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 363 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.07.2023.

4. The petitioner is said to have taken away victim girl. It has come during investigation that they were known to each other from before.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64332 of 2023(2) dt.11-10-2023 2/2 Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Biharsharif at Nalanda in connection with Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 363 of 2023.

6. The petitioner along with his father will visit Chandi Police Station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
