JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 05-07-2022 This application has been filed challenging the order by which the discharge application of the petitioners has been rejected by the learned court below. In the impugned order, the learned court below has referred various paragraphs of the case diary in which there are sufficient materials to frame charges against the petitioners.

This Court called upon learned counsel for the petitioners to show from the revision application as to whether they have questioned the correctness of the stipulations present in the impugned order that in paragraphs '6', '7', '8', '9' and '10' of the case diary, there are sufficient materials against the

Since the petitioners have not assailed the specific reason provided in the impugned order that in various paragraphs of the case diary, there are sufficient materials against the petitioners to frame charges, this Court finds no reason to interfere with the revision application, it is dismissed accordingly.
