The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 17.9.2015 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Samastipur, in Maintenance Case No. 187 of 2014/698 of 2014. Considering that the impugned order is merely one of adinterim maintenance, I see no reason for interference and hence, the application stands dismissed.
