Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 304(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that while he was going towards dam from the poultry farm of his son on 30-3-2025 in the night when accused persons surrounded him and started assaulting, when his son (Prashant) came to save him, accused Raghunath and Paltu (petitioner) assaulted him by an iron rod when Anil and Sriomani assaulted

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68157 of 2025(2) dt.13-10-2025 2/3 by brick causing injury on head, while other accused assaulted him causing injury on head and snatched Rs. 4,500/- from his son along with his gold chain.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is next submitted that petitioner and the informant are known to each other and are having dispute relating to the poultry farms. It is further submitted that no doubt allegation of assault is alleged against the petitioner but then he is alleged to have assaulted along with Raghunath and other accused are also alleged to have assaulted his son. It is also submitted that Anil and Siromani Das were taken in judicial custody and they had approached this Court seeking regular bail by filing Cr. Misc No. 55451 of 2025 and the same came to be allowed by an order dated 12-08-2025 recording that the injury suffered by the injured is simple in nature. It is thus submitted that petitioner is a young boy aged about 21 years and is a person with clean antecedent and in the event if he is sent to judicial custody, his entire career would get jeopardized and chances are bright that he may come in contact with hardened criminals. 5.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty-five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Chandan P.S. Case No. 24 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the BNSS.

One of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father, Pramod Das.
