The petitioner, namely, Sharda Devi, is in custody in Jadopur P.S. Case No. 62 of 2014 under Sections 147, 148, 149, 311, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons, namely, Sipahi Yadav, Balli Yadav, Bhagwaniya Devi, Sampatiya Devi and Bikarama Yadav, have already been granted bail by this Court in Cr. Misc. Nos. 12427 of 2015, 41740 of 2015 and 34931 of 2015, respectively. The case of the present petitioner is on same footing. Learned A.P.P. does not dispute the fact that the case of this petitioner stands on same footing.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, I direct

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55613 of 2015 (2) dt.15-12-2015 the petitioner, named above, to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand rupees) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate,1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Jadopur P.S Case No. 62 of 2014.
