The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No.193 of 2015, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 324, 387 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made against the petitioner that he demanded Rs.500/- from the informant and when the informant refused to give the money he assaulted him and inflicted a knife blow on the stomach of the informant.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the Medical Report the injury has been shown as simple injury. He further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstance of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54264 of 2015 (4) dt.12-02-2016 2/2 case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal, in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 193 of 2015, subject to the condition that one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner and the petitioner will file an Affidavit to the effect that he has no criminal antecedent and the Court below on being satisfied regarding the criminal antecedent shall release the petitioner on bail.
