JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 22-05-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Baghaila P.S. Case No. 53 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections-30(g) & 33 of the Bihar Excise and Prohibition Act, 2016.

It is alleged that 60 litres of spirit is recovered from house of the petitioner. The seizure list is enclosed with the FIR, which does not bear the signature either of the petitioner or any independent witnesses.

In such circumstances, this petition for bail is allowed and the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Baghaila P.S.
