JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-12-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Satyadeo Singh Yadav, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The petitioner, apprehending his arrest in G.O. Case no.17 of 2016 registered for the offence under Section 20(b) of the N.D.P.S. Act, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated in the present case as per instance of his own brother. Moreover, 225 gms of Ganja was shown to be recovered, which is less than the smaller quantity. However, he makes a prayer for disposal of the present petition, so that the petitioner may appear before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.

The prayer is allowed.

No.53072 of 2016 (2) dt.19-12-2016 2/2 The petition stands disposed of with indication that if within six weeks from today, the petitioner appears before the court below and makes a prayer for regular bail, the learned court below without being prejudiced with this order may examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law preferably on the same day.
