A counter affidavit has been filed by the State on behalf of the respondent nos. 5 and 6 stating therein that the CPF amount along with statutory interest amounting to Rs. 90,661/- for the period of June, 1981 to October 2018 has been sanctioned and the same has been submitted before the Treasury Officer, Aurangabad.
