Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Submission is that liquor was not recovered from the possession or the house of the petitioner, rather recovery is alleged from the hut of Vimal Rai and Viveka Rai. In their disclosure statement before the Police, the name of the petitioner surfaced.

Considering the aforesaid material and criminal antecedent of the petitioner of identical nature, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of investigation on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees
