The report of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III dated 14.09.2023 suggests that only the Investigating Officer of the case is yet to be examined and the trial shall be concluded within four months. In that view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Permission is accorded.
