JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 04-10-2017 After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner sought leave to withdraw the present application in order to surrender before the court and seek bail, as the petitioner is unable to comply with the undertaking given before the court of learned Sessions Judge at the time of hearing of the anticipatory bail application.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12227 of 2017 (2) dt.04-10-2017 Leave is granted.
The application is disposed of.
It is needless to observe that in case the petitioner surrenders and prays for bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner either because of the withdrawal of the present application or any order passed in anticipatory bail application.
