The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 307, 379, 414, 353, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that three tractors loaded with sand were intercepted and seized. The drivers and other persons managed to flee away. It is further alleged that thereafter ten persons came at the police station, assaulted the Home Guard and forcefully taken away the seized tractors.

No.1466 of 2022(2) dt.13-06-2022 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though petitioner is owner of one of the tractors but she has taken the same on hire. She does not have any knowledge about the articles loaded on the tractor. The petitioner is a lady and there is no any specific overt act against her.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 98 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
