JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 2 09-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No. 149 of 2015 arising out of Salkhua P.S. Case No. 178 of 2013 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 342, 324 & 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 18.03.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11429 of 2015 with following observations:- "However, if the trial is not concluded within seven months from the date of framing of charge, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail in the court below itself."

Regard being had to the submissions made at the Bar, the petitioner, who is said to be in custody since 5th April, 2014, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Saharsa in connection with S.T. No. 149 of 2015 arising out of Salkhua P.S. Case No. 178 of 2013. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J.) Sanjeet/- U T
