2. The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in connection with Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 305 of 2019 for the offence under sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 lodged on 22.09.2019 by the informant, Ramashish Yadav.

3. At the outset, learned APP pointed that the matter is of the year 2019 and this is the second time the petitioner has moved this Court.

4. In that background, it would be appropriate that the petitioner seeks bail. The anticipatory bail application stands rejected.

5. If the petitioner surrenders within four weeks from today, the court concern shall take up the same and dispose it of on the same day.
