The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A/323/379/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner No.1 is mother-in-law and petitioner No.2 is second wife of the husband of the informant. There is allegation of demand of dowry and torture.
Considering the general and omnibus nature of allegation and specially the fact that petitioners are females, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date

No.55524 of 2016 (2) dt.18-01-2017 2/2 of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Birpur, Supaul/Successor Court in connection with Birpur Police Station Case No.202 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
