2. In view of the matters brought on record in the pleadings, it is not disputed that the admitted retiral dues of the petitioner stand paid except for up-to-date payment of G.P.F.

3. Statement has been made at paragraph 11 in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of the respondent no. 7 that calculation of up-to-date interest on G.P.F. amount of the petitioner was being made and the same was likely to be completed within a fortnight and thereafter the petitioner will be given the remaining amount within the said period.

4. In view thereof, the writ petitioner stands disposed

Patna High Court CWJC No.9169 of 2017 (5) dt.12-01-2018 2/2 off with the direction to the respondent no. 7 to ensure that actual payment of interest of G.P.F. is also made to the petitioner, if already not done, latest by 31st January, 2018. (Ahsanuddin Amanullah, J) SA/- U
