JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 19-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The victim has already been recovered and her statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. has been recorded. The victim stated in her statement that she as well as petitioner were friend and she left her home on the call of the petitioner. No doubt, victim was found aged about 16-17 years by the doctor but in course of investigation, some witnesses stated that the victim was in love with the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
