JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 17-05-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. 9 litres of Nepali liquor was, allegedly, recovered from possession of the petitioner. The petitioner has stated he has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.03.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of three months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Complaint Case No. C2/183/2017.
