JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 22-06-2022 The present petition has been filed for payment of family pension to the petitioner subsequent to the death of her husband in the year 2008, who retired on 31.07.1993 from the office of Weight Bridge (Railway) under Dhanbad Division. The grievance of the petitioner has stood redressed to some extent, as has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner in as much as she has been paid full pension. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the authority concerned with regard to her subsisting grievances, if any.
