The grievance of the petitioner has stood redressed to some extent, as has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner in as much as she has been paid full pension. However, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the authority concerned with regard to her subsisting grievances, if any.
