2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bhagwanpur (Belaon) P.S. Case No. 81 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 363, 366A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that petitioner is said to have taken away the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 24.07.2023. He further submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. From the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C, it appears that the victim girl was in relationship with the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and period of custody, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhagwanpur (Belaon) P.S. Case No. 81 of 2023. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Harsh/ U T
