2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 376, 420, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code .

3 . As per the prosecution case , this petitioner after alluring the informant took her to a hotel at Gairabari and there after making the informant unconscious, petitioner established physical relation with her and took her obscene photographs and started blackmailing her. The victim in her 164 Cr.P.C. statement has supported the prosecution case .

4. Considering the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim and gravity of offence , prayer for pre-arrest bail of the
