In the present case, the petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kasba P.S. Case No. 91 of 2014 for offence under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that save and except the confessional statement, there is nothing against the petitioner.

This Court is of the view that this case is not fit for anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitoner, namely, Tahir alias Md. Tahir is rejected. The petitioner must surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today and the court below,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24062 of 2017 (2) dt.01-07-2017 without being prejudiced by this order, will pass an order in accordance with law after calling the case diary in connection with the present case.
