The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that all the F.I.R named accused persons, 15-20 unknown including petitioner, variously armed have surrounded the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1419 of 2022(2) dt.26-07-2022 2/3 informant and his friend Md. Sahebjaan @ Sintu and assaulted as a result of which, they sustained injuries. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Moreover, similarly situated coaccused persons namely Raja and Navin Kumar have been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Court below. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 532 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid
