In view of the stand of the State taken in the counter affidavit that in the next meeting of the Departmental Screening Committee decision in respect of petitioner's claim for ACP/MACP would be examined, this Court does not consider it necessary to keep the instant writ petition pending as decision is yet to be taken by the respondent authorities themselves. The writ petition is disposed of.

If no final decision has been taken by the Departmental Screening Committee regarding petitioner's claim for ACP/MACP the same may be done within a period of three

The petitioner would be at liberty to communicate this order to the respondent No. 3 for its compliance along with detail in support of his claim. If upon decision any dues are admissible to the petitioner on account of ACP/MACP it is needless to say that the respondents would be obliged to make payment of the same expeditiously without unnecessary delay.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
