The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 175 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that on 10.03.2019, his daughter Sneha Kumari aged about 17 years left the house without informing any one and till date she has not returned. It is further alleged that petitioner used to talk with the victim girl and the informant suspected that this petitioner enticed his girl on the pretext of marriage.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and has committed no offence. The only allegation against this petitioner is that he used to talk with the daughter of informant.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that victim girl is still traceless, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
