JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners were found sitting in a vehicle from which, one loaded double barrel gun was recovered from the front seat and another loaded double barrel gun was recovered from the back seat of the vehicle. Petitioner No. 1 was found sitting on the front seat whereas, the petitioner No. 2 was found seating on the back seat of the vehicle.

Prior to institution of the present case, one case of the Arms Act had been registered against the petitioners. Petitioners are in jail custody since 20.7.2015.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56780 of 2015 (2) dt.15-12-2015 2/2 Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai, in connection with Lakhisarai P.S. Case No. 515 of 2015.
