Victim, a minor was subjected to gang rape.

It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that whole prosecution case is unreliable in the background of the fact that medical report does not support the allegation. Furthermore, it has also been submitted that at about 3.00 p.m. in village area people will return instead of going to pasture along with cattles. That being so, petitioner should be released on bail. On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer.
