The petitioner is in custody in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 30 of 2019 arising out of Barachatty P.S. Case No. 131 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 20/22 of N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. In the instant case total 4 kgs of Ganja was seized from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 18.03.2019. Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and the quantity of Ganja recovered is 4 kg, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58616 of 2019(2) dt.30-09-2019 2/2 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge cum Special Judge (N.D.P.S.
