2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 ( 2 ), 115(2), 117(2), 109, 352 and 3 (5) of BNS.
3 . As per the prosecution case , informant namely , Budhiya Ram , alleged that on 10.06.2025 at about 7.00 AM , all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner abused and assaulted informant and his wife . This petitioner assaulted with butt of baki. Doctor has found the injury simple in nature . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
4. Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail

Considering the aforesaid facts, nature of injury , clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate - V Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 309 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
