Heard learned APP for the State as well as the informant.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 324, 307, 302, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The report of the learned Trial Judge would reveal that the trial is at the verge of conclusion. Trial of some other co-accused was separated and the trial has resulted in conviction.

Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail for the present in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58387 of 2019(4) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 connection with S.Trial No.169 of 2018 arising out of Kajra P.S.Case No.50 of 2017 pending in the court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-2nd, Lakhisarai. Hence prayer is refused.
