Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Shailendra Kumar, learned APP for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 325, 379, 302 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Salimpur P.S.Case No. 283 of 2018. The specific allegation against the petitioner is that he inflicted rod blow on the head of the grand-father of the informant. His grand-father died during course of treatment.

There is previous enmity and it is the reason that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He has also submitted that the case was lodged only after the death of the grand-father of the informant. There is specific allegation against the petitioner that he assaulted with iron rod on the head of the grand-father of the informant who died during course of treatment. In view of aforesaid allegation, the petitioner does not deserve the privilege of anticipatory bail, which is hereby rejected.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time as provided hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
