2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Manpur P.S. Case No. 65 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66(C) and 66(D) of the I.T. Act.

3. The petitioner has been found involved in the cyber fraud. He had been cheating people by assuring them to get loan at lesser interest rate. Two mobile phones, one register containing the names of persons who have been cheated, and one printer has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 13.06.2024.

4. Since the petitioner is involved in a large scale of cheating, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

5. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed. The court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
