26-08-2016 Sri Girish Chandra Jha, learned counsel for petitioners, in presence of Mr. Md. Ansural Haque, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor, fairly submits that the present petition was filed against an order, which was passed in the year 2014, whereby petitioners' prayer for discharge under Section 245 of the Cr.P.C. was rejected. However, he submits that now charge has already been framed.

Since charge has already been framed, meaning thereby that trial has commenced, there is no reason to pass any favourable order.
