The present case was lodged against unknown but in the course of investigation the name of the petitioners surfaced and subsequently petitioner No.1 confessed his guilt leading to recovery of one Onida TV from the possession of co-accused Ratan Mahto @ Das, who has already been granted privilege of bail by this Court. So far as the petitioner No.2 is concerned, one iron rod is said to have been recovered from his possession. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of the fact that

No.4314 of 2016 (2) dt.09-02-2016 except the present case as well as one Madhubani Town P.S.Case No. 352 of 2015 the petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, namely, Sikandar Mahto @ Pakkal and Rajaram Mahto @ Itam, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhubani, in connection with Madhubani Town P.S.
