The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the victim girl, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has clearly stated that out of her own will, she went with this petitioner and solemnized marriage with him. She further states that she wants to lead her life with petitioner and she also discloses her age, as 19 years. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 01.09.2021. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., the bail petition of petitioner is
