The petitioner seeks bail in Jaipur P.S. Case No.6 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. The informant has dragged the name of the petitioner due to previous enmity. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in jail since 20.03.2017 and has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon
