The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kako P.S. Case No.122 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 3(3), 4, 5 and 35(i)(a) of the Fertilizer Act. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been arrested during the pendency of this application. Hence, he prays for withdrawal of the application.

Prayer is allowed. The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as withdrawn.
