The petitioner seeks bail in Dhibra P.S. Case No.5 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Allegation is that 50 liters of country made Mahua liquor was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since 10.03.2017 and has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon
